We have an immediate need for a digital marketing genius on a project that is genuinely world changing and lifesaving.

We are a young, energetic cutting-edge company and we need someone who is creative, extremely bright and innovative, good with technology and is savvy in all the latest trends in online marketing and social media.

Must be able to think "outside the box"; help us brainstorm and craft new ideas for growing our online audience and converting them into customers.

Maintain high degree of knowledge of marketing trends (like sales funnels), online content trends, events, cultural trends and competitive landscape.

Experience
=========
* Must have experience with Wordpress
* Must have experience with Google Analytics
* Must have experience auto responders and with email marketing campaigns
* Must know and have creative ideas about driving traffic to websites and growing our mailing list
* Must have experience of creating / editing online video and audio for marketing (podcasts, youtube channels)
* Must have good ideas about boosting our online social media presence (Facebook and twitter)
* Must have experience with keyword research and SEO
* Must know all the tricks to help us drive clicks to the website (like news jacking)
* Must have experience in building a brand and help us build our brand
* Video editing (Adobe Premier Pro or similar)
* Audio editing (Audacity or similar)
* Screen recording (Camtasia or similar)
* Image Editing (Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
* Facebook marketing
* Twitter marketing
* Youtube marketing (how to get videos to go viral, how to get you channel to rated higher by youtube’s algorithms)

Duties
======
* Analyse data, identify trends, prepare appropriate digital marketing strategy
* Test out new strategies
* Monitor results using analytics
* Monitor competitive marketplace
* Must be nimble, quick, responsive, clear communicator
* Must be good at getting us press interviews, media interest from mainstream media (tv shows, magazines, radio)

Help Us

* Get more traffic for the website
* Build our audience
* Build our mailing list
* Convert that mailing list into buying customers (selling online content like online video courses, audiobooks, DVDs, monthly subscription programmes etc)
* Build an affiliate programme
* Get press attention
* Grow our global network of local chapters
* Create videos for social media and help them go viral
* Build and launch a consulting business
* Run a podcast (includes editing audio and setting up and scheduling the guests on the show)
* Get funding (crowdfunding campaign or help us find a rich sponsor. Either way we need a pitch video)

Basis of Employment
==================
Initially to be employed on a trial basis as you are given a number of the above tasks to tackle and we see how you handle it.

After the trial basis it could become either a full time job or a part time job acting as my virtual assistant.

I am in Manila currently and I have flown here specifically to interview and meet candidates in person.
Interviews will take place in Makati, Manila.
