Duties & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for making calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
• Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements ,issues and solving the queries or concerns over CRM.
• Influencing Skills to generate more leads and assigned targets of daily calls.
• Responsible for fulfilling sales targets, monthly leads and no of deposit counts.
• Increasing customer retention and acquisition rate through convincing skills.
• Enrolling and updating customer information in the company’s database
• Communicating within Company’s Ethics values and caring for Brand reputation.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.


Requirements for the role:

• 2-3 year Experience in any one of the later: I- Gaming industry, Fantasy Games like DREAM 11,MPL etc., Sports betting like casino/bingo/poker/sports-book, Crypto-Currency or Forex market
• Extensive sports knowledge & terms like bonuses, roll over ,Wagering etc., particularly with regards to the four major professional sports leagues .
• Must demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written English & Hindi and specially Hinglish over CRM.
• Passion for dealing with direct customer issues, queries and problem solving.
• Language skills : English / Hindi/ Telugu or any other South or North Indian language
• Telemarketing / Selling Skills
• Basic computer skills : MS Excel, Word or MS -OFFICE.
