- This is a FULL TIME position of 40 hours per week. 12 PH holidays and vacation time are included.
- Must work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time Zone. (20 hours)
- The remaining 20 hours can be worked at a time of your discretion.

___Business Summary___
At Websites For Anything, we design and build effective websites for micro-businesses. We specialize in helping locally-focused small businesses with between 1 and 25 employees have a highly effective website that supports the way they do business - through word-of-mouth referrals. We call this the "Relationship Website."


___Position Summary___
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a website strategist. This tea ---------- mber will be responsible for using proven strategies in effective website design to create recommendation videos and guide our graphic designers. Additionally, they will engage deeply in our self-marketing efforts by contributing to strategic thinking, and turning those strategies into realized results by coordinating team projects and directly contributing their efforts.

- Marketing Experience - Past work experience in a marketing role.
- Marketing or Business Degree or Certification
- Small Business Familiarity - Familiar with common pain points and realities of small business.
- Business Comprehension - Able to guess the services likely offered by a business with minimal info.
- Critical Marketing Thinking - Able to guess the target customer of a business with minimal info.
- Artistic Eye - Able to find and select images that match the Client’s work and the website’s style.


___Responsibilities___
- Website Reviews - Getting a rough understanding of the prospect's business from team notes and existing website. Assess the website and prepare ---------- oose examples from our library of past work. Then record yourself and your screen to explain our approach, make recommendations, and show examples.
- Request Mockup & QA - Use your notes to provide instructions to the design ---------- eck for updates and provide feedback.
- Self-Marketing - Contribute to small team discussions to come up with and develop new ideas. Takes a strategy and core message and then create headline variations and supporting descriptions.
- Campaign Coordination - Breaks down chosen strategy and communicate steps to teammates. Follow up to ensure timely progress and provides feedback. Monitor ongoing campaigns and report back to the team.
- Team Communication - Use chat, CRM, and email to contribute to an effective growth team.


___Education & Work Experience___
While there is no minimum education requirement, the employee must demonstrate maturity, respect for prospects, clients and supervisors, and a professional impression in communication, spelling, and grammar. We expect to spend time teaching you about our company, what we offer and how our approach is different from our competitors. We will provide video, written, and hands-on training on our tools and processes, but also expect you to be resourceful to find answers on your own when working with new software.


___Compensation & Work Volume___
This is a full time position with a monthly salary. Training is provided and included. Work hours will be Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone. Additionally, there will be opportunities available to learn new skills in marketing, websites, and sales. There will be a 90-day probationary trial period.
