JOB OVERVIEW

The Role :
You’ll be the Brand representative, face and voice of the company as you deal with an incredibly wide variety of queries from the customers. The primary job as a Customer Support executive, you must be positive, energetic, and driven to be successful in a team-oriented, challenging and rewarding environment. You must be flexible and able to adjust to the quick and demanding changes of our business and industry. You must be an excellent communicator with great customer etiquette and problem solving skills.
This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about engaging with customers through the many support channels we offer including chat and email and you are a sports enthusiast who enjoys talking sports with friends & family.
Duties & Responsibilities :

• You will be liaising directly with players, primarily via phone and occasionally by chats, to answer their questions and resolve their queries.
• Act professionally when having to inform players of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes and requirements.
• Thorough product knowledge ,keen to minor details and other information to meet the demand.
• Reporting to Team leaders and will be under their supervision within the operational hours.
• Stay fully up-to-date with all of the guidelines, policies and procedures .
• You’ll enjoy a fast-paced environment and working to agreed targets.

Requirements for the role :
• 2-3 year Experience in any one of the later: I- Gaming industry, Fantasy Games like DREAM 11,MPL etc., Sports betting ,Crypto Currency or Forex market.
• Previous experience of 2-3 years using a customer experience CRM platform such as respond.io, Zen-desk, Help scout etc or any , but not a requirement.
• Extensive sports knowledge, particularly with regards to the four major professional sports leagues.
• Must demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, good command over both verbal and written English.
• Passion for dealing with customer queries, issues & problem with great attention to detail and pre-assume customer demands.
• Tech-savvy and efficient with different communication and office software tool.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills: developing job knowledge and expertise through continual professional development
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude around resolutions and improvements.
• Comfortable with numbers and mathematics.
