Sourcing Associate / Recruitment Staff for Muntinlupa

Qualifications:
Male or Female
Graduate of any 2 year or 4 year course
At least 6 mons. working experience in the related field is an advantage but not required
Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang Muntinlupa city.
Must be willing to work on graveyard shift or flexible working schedule.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Primarily responsible for initiating the hiring process for available positions.
Good partnering skills
Good People Skills, approachable, able to adjust to different levels of the organization
for possible appraisal upon regularization
