JOB DESCRIPTION
- Inside sales agent in will be working very closely to our Acquisition and Closers. They will be calling all previously motivated leads in the CRM and will be passing over hot leads to Closers.
- Inside sales agents will be running comps on MLS and finalizing ARVs, MAOs, and Repair costs
- You will be using Zillow, MLS, to run comps and Podio and Smrtphone to make calls
- Inside Sales agent should pass off 4-6 leads to acquisition per day.

Skills needed for this project:
- Atleast 2 years of Cold calling / BPO / or any type to Phone Experience
- Fluent in English, Must work in the US time zone (EST).
- Documentation/Organization Skills (Excel, Reporting, time management)
- Must be a fast learner and know how to run comps on Zillow or MLS
- Experience working with Real Estate Company (preferred but not required)
