Frontend Designer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive rough mockups from the User Interface Designer describing what user interactions the tool we are building should have and their approximate layout and text.
- Create several visual representations of what the user experience could look like. These wireframes, often created in photoshop or a similar tool, should implement the user interface in a way that is consistent with the brand image and is also intuitive to use and easy enough to implement.
- Test out dramatically different designs using user feedback to learn what is and is not effective at increasing conversions.
- Use what you learn in the creation of new designs.
- Hand off your designs to the frontend developer, who will convert your vision to working code.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphics Arts, Design, or Art.
- A portfolio with 10-50 examples of websites they have personally designed from scratch.
- A true artist with an innate vision for how different forms can create different feelings/moods.
- Fluent English
