Backend Developer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Take complex business or customer needs and assist in digesting them into relatively independent software components (classes, functions, etc) that can address those needs.
- Implement the backend for the project management system or any other inventions being grown by the company. This backend will store the system data and make a secure and fast API accessible to the frontend.

Qualifications
Must have:
- BS Degree in Computer Science
- 3-10 years of working as a professional programmer
- An expert problem solver who makes well-reasoned decisions
- The ability to create beautiful, well-documented, and easy to read and understand code.
- A willingness to learn Julialang.
- Fluent English
- Emotional Intelligence

Preferred:
- Masters degree in Computer Science
- Proficiency in Python, Object Relational Mapping, and databases.
- Strong academic performance (great student)
- 5 years of experience programming for a business with 5-100 employees.
