What We’re About
Durabasics is an established multi-million dollar brand and fast growing e-commerce home

We are hiring a Logistics Analyst to work closely with our Operations Senior Manager who can
manage and drive results across the entire supply chain -- ordering products at our factories to
managing our 3PLs and finally shipping to and reconciling shipments at Amazon

What’s the Role
As the Logistics Analyst, you will have a daily impact on helping drive Durabasics’ future growth
and profitability. You will work closely with the Operations Senior Manager to ensure our product
pipeline is always full so we can meet our annual goals. We are on the lookout for an
enthusiastic individual who knows how to take direction but is also able to provide diagnostic
feedback with respect to keeping the Supply Chain active and on track. We need a self starter
who is capable of working independently within the framework stipulated by the Operations
Senior Manager.
You’re an ideal fit for this role if you are a person who enjoys being organized, loves small
business entrepreneurship, and finds success in the details. You also bring knowledge across
multiple supply chain disciplines -- for example, import/export, ocean freight, trucking,
warehousing and demand forecasting.

What You’ll Do
Work with the Operations Senior Manager to:
? Review inventory levels of all SKUs to determine replenishment plan.
? Monitor sales trends to assist in determining seasonality of products.
? Work with 3PL to monitor inventory levels and transfer stock to Amazon.
? Maintain paperwork and details of transfers to Amazon.

? Partner with factories to ensure timely delivery and the highest quality products to our
exact specifications.
? Review charges from third party vendors to ensure we are receiving the best rates and
opportunities.
? Other duties as assigned by the Operations Senior Manager.

? Experience and knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
? Critical thinking and problem solving abilities using numbers (e.g. modeling out in Excel
different options, comparing costs, identifying the qualitative pros/cons of each,
identifying our business need and level of importance, and making a recommendation
based on data)
? Attention to detail to ensure all data is accurate and correct -- this position requires
consistent accuracy.
? Very strong organizational skills to manage multiple duties at the same time.
? Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory, and records maintenance.
? Understanding of China logistics operations and manufacturing processes.
? You are thorough and detail-oriented. Please email me at ---------- with
your resume and cover letter. Use the word ‘jellyfish’ along with the position you’re
applying for in the email subject line to be considered for the role.
? Strong personal drive and ability to work independently the majority of the time in a fast-paced, urgent environment.

What You’ll Bring
? 3+ years experience in logistics, warehousing or transportation operations
? 2+ years of experience in inventory management systems
? 1+ years of experience in remote work
? Fluent in English – you will be communicating regularly with both native and non-native
