VA/Tracker

Trifecta Transport is an all­-in-­one logistics source for businesses in the United States. We provide solutions backed by industry knowledge and experience. Our experts educate and communicate with customers to effectively plan and manage projects from start to finish. We are looking for a new VA for our Tracking and Tracing Department. This will be for a full time position Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (10:00 PM -7:00 AM PHT) .

Job Role:
-Effectively track LTL shipments
-Handle issues such as missing, damage, shortage, reconsignment, etc.
-Coordinate with different carriers regarding shipment requests and questions
-Email customers for shipment updates

Job Requirements:
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Ability to MULTI-TASK in a FAST-PACED environment, including phone and email support.
-Skilled in using MS Windows & MS Office, Google products and other computer-based applications. Willing and able to learn the software we use to fulfill the needs of the position.
-At least 10Mbps internet Connection
-Desktop Computer Running Windows 10 with at least 8GB of RAM.
There will be a 2 week training period.

Pay starts at 4 USD and will increase depending on performance. Payment is via bank transfer twice a month.
