JOB OVERVIEW

Make sales calls to prospective customers, lead generation and setup appointment, follow up calls, data entry, online google research, answering phone calls and forward calls, customer support, emails and multimedia marketing, etc., and other tasks to support management.

Required Skills:
- Must be able to speak English fluently and polite
- Must understand how basic CRM platform works especially HubSpot
- Must be comfortable to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Outlook, Teams, etc.), Zoom Video Conference, etc.
- Must have access to a high speed internet, computer at least Windows 7 and up, and a smartphone
- Must be available to work on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday between 10 AM - 17:00 PM - US Central Time (these
days and hours may change)
- Must have a Bachelors Degree
- Time Management: Ability to organize and manage time effectively to meet call volume and lead generation targets
- Sales & Persuasion: Ability to effectively present products or services, handle objections, and close deals
- Relationship Building: Ability to connect with potential customers, build rapport, and establish trust
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing circumstances and handle challenges
- Persistence: Ability to follow up on leads and remain persistent in seeking out new opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling:
Conducting calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, gather information, and qualify leads.
• Lead Generation:
Identifying and contacting potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and online research.
• Sales & Persuasion:
Communicating the value of products or services effectively, addressing objections, and persuading prospects to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
• Relationship Building:
Establishing rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs, and building trust.
• CRM Management:
Maintaining accurate records of interactions and updates within the company's CRM system.
• Follow-up:
Following up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Target Achievement:
Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and call targets.
• Market Knowledge:
Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
• Collaboration:
Working with sales teams, marketing, and other departments to achieve business goals.
