*Responsibilities
- Providing help and answers to the customers' technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance by coordinating with the development team.
- Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the products.
- Concession of the customers' troubles by recommendation of products, services or procedures.
- Evaluation of the products' problems to recommend enhancements.
- Respond to all tickets on our support desk and maintain an avg. response time of 3 hours.
- Follow up with customers in case of a pending ticket
- Connect with customers on
- Maintain excel sheets regarding tech issues, bugs and refunds
- Coordinate with the development team and billings team regarding customer support queries

- This is a full-time position.
- You're someone who thrives working autonomously and doesn't need much (if any) oversight to get things done.
- This job is Monday-Saturday, we're looking for someone within time zones in the EST flexible to work hours for a week or so every month.

- At best, practical help desk or customer support experience
- High customer and service orientation
- Well developed communication and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of operating systems and relevant software
