Starting Salary: $500 to $1000 USD + bonuses

Looking for a talented Creative Product Designer to help grow our E-commerce business.

We are looking to hire someone to help us design and create new product ideas so we can expand our home decor brand. With your creativity you will help establish our brand as a reference in the niche while amazing customers with each new product.

Daily tasks and responsibilities

Here are the main tasks that you will perform.

Tactical Work

1. design and re-design new unique products ideas that will WOW the customer!
2. market research On and Outside Amazon to identify new trends
3. customer feedback analysis
4. design insert cards
5. design product packaging
6. Nice to have skills/experience in graphic design
i. edit product photography
ii. create banners
iii. create slideshow videos

V. Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop

Strategic Work

1. Continuously create new product designs all the time so we have a huge bank of creatives to choose from and develop new products from it
2. Ensure our product and listings copy/media are not violating trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual properties
3. Work closely with the sourcing team to bring new ideas you design to life (real selling products)
4. Create and improve SOPs for each tactical work above
5. Ensure that we are respecting all Amazon policies across our processes and work
6. Continuously monitor the market and spy on the competition
7. Be extremely detail oriented and process oriented
8. Continuously learn new strategies to improve our traffic and conversion rates
