Brookfield Aviation International is the leading provider of flight crew, engineers, personnel solutions, and training for the world aviation Upgrade to see actual infotablished in 1993, we have airline clients across all six continents and a massive resource of pilots, available for contracts or full-time positions on all commercial aircraft types, plus a range of technical and airline management personnel. Our Education and Training division, together with our esteemed business partners, provides the very best courses for pilots and engineers of the future. We also source aircraft on ACMI, operational leases or for sale. Recently we helped airlines in raising capital as well as selling their airline business.

We are looking for somebody who has a great attitude, and the willingness to take up challenges.

1. Responsibilities
• Aviation Personnel Recruitment: Recruit all types of human resources for airlines worldwide, including Pilots, Engineers, and Management at all levels on all aircraft types.
• Client Relationship: Be professional and proactive with clients, together with the team to provide the best support; deliver outcomes and strengthen relationships. Be the contact point for projects in the region; meeting clients whenever required; report to the managers in UK.
• Provide outstanding support for candidates such as pilots, engineers, senior managers during the recruitment, selection, and contracting stages.
• Administration: Support the managers to prepare contracts; prepare invoices monthly; gather supporting documents with pilots.
• Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in UK, Ukraine and Colombia to increase the project capacity and deliver great resources as per the requirement.
• Business Development: Find potential business opportunities in Asia Pacific; arrange meetings with potential prospects.

2 Requirement:
• English fluency at 4 level: Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading. A big part of the job is the communication with stakeholders worldwide via phone, email, virtual meetings, which require your communication at professional level.
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a commercial environment, for example with customer service, sales, business development, client relationships, recruitment service, marketing, working with various stakeholders.
