Propel Commerce ( ---------- ) makes some of the top apps in the Shopify app store.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Node / React Developer to join our team and help us build the Shopify apps of the future.

Do you have the following experience?

- 5+ years of experience as a developer or software engineer
- 1+ years of experience with Node.js and React
- Experience with agile and lean principles and practices
- Experience with manual and automated testing practices

If so, we’d love to work with you!

Bonus points if you have experience with:

- Shopify
- Cloud platforms (e.g., Heroku)
- CI/CD solutions
- DevOps principles
- Background task management

And here’s what you’ll be working with us on:

- Planning, designing and coding new features and app improvements
- Building out exciting new Shopify apps in new categories
- Following test-driven development practices and writing automated tests for your code
- Improving the functionality and UI/UX of our apps so customers love using them even more
- Optimizing the performance of our apps to reduce server load and improve reliability
- Working with support specialists on the occasional escalated support ticket
- Participating in meetings via Zoom including daily standup, sprint planning and backlog refinement meetings
