Manage all marketing related tasks that the company needs. This includes but is not limited to posting to various social media platforms, monitoring and responding to interactions, conducting split testing and audience research, posting available sales and rental listings, providing support, answering questions and setting up appointments with prospective clients.
Research and conduct split testing to determine the most effective posting format.
Qualifications and Requirements:
At least 1 year work experience working with a real estate or property management company.
Experience with Split Testing
Excellent Writing skills
Expert in Hootsuite or similar
Advanced understanding of public relations
High-level sales and customer service knowledge
Knowledge in Active Campaign is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written skills
Advance computer skills
Efficient and can work with minimal supervision
Have a working main and back up PC/Laptop
DSL/Fiber internet connection of at least 10mbps
Can work during AZ business hours (9 AM to 6 PM AZ time)
Can work during the weekends
Can start ASAP
