Finance Virtual Assistant

We are a manufacturing company in need of an Experienced US remote Accountant who is well versed with finance stuff. Having used SAGE 50 or Quickbooks online in the past is a plus.

This job is full time- required to render 8 hours a day with 1 hour lunch. Shift starts at 7 AM EST till 4 PM EST (nighttime in the Philippines).

Key Qualifications:

Experience in handling a US company’s day to day finance tasks
US Sales Tax background is a plus
Must be able to operate with complete confidentiality
Can work efficiently with minimal supervision
Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers
Create financial reports as required
Identifying and correct discrepancies
Ensure customer payments are received in a timely manner
Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite and other project management applications
