Description:

OneIMS is looking for an energetic B2B Inside Account Executive to help acquire new clients that are looking for Digital Marketing ---------- this role, you will be responsible for generating new clients for our inbound marketing and demand generation service offerings. The ideal candidate should have a track record of top performance, organizational skills to handle a high volume of activities each ---------- this role, you will report to our Growth Strategist and will be responsible for executing our inbound sales methodology, properly forecasting sales numbers for new accounts, and achieving quotas each quarter across our core lines of business with a specific focus on B2B companies looking to engage a digital marketing agency for their demand and lead generation programs.

Requirements:
1. Proactively prospect into target accounts using LinkedIn or other tools to engage in education-based outreach to expose good fit clients to OneIMS’s service offerings
2. Conduct high-level needs assessment conversations with Senior Level executives to uncover opportunities
3. Leverage your business acumen from past experience consulting on or selling demand generation and sales enablement strategies to B2B business in SaaS, manufacturing, fintech, and professional services verticals
4. Understand the needs of the prospects to effectively communicate the value of OneIMS' services
5. Utilize the best sales 2.0 technologies to track engagement and conversion throughout the sales process
6. Nurture opportunities with a goal of moving the prospect through the sales process
7. Manage all aspects of the sales funnel, from qualification to close
8. Collaborating with marketing and management to close new business consistently at or above quota level
9. Showcase your expertise in inbound marketing and inbound sales
10. Partner with marketing and sales support team to build effective programs to penetrate target accounts and capture new business opportunities
11. Respond to sales inquiries via email and phone as leads are assigned
12. Leverage HubSpot’s entire Sales Hub, demonstrating inbound selling methodology through each sales interaction
Meticulously track all sales activities, maintain pristine CRM records and accurate pipeline forecasting

Qualifications and Skills:

-Minimum 3 years experience in conducting effective B2B consultative sales from initial conversation to close
-Demonstrated experience selling high-ticket, high-value, intangible services to senior leaders
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must be self-motivated, tenacious, and self-starters
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-HubSpot’s Inbound marketing and inbound sales certifications are a plus
-Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
-Experience selling marketing services (SEO, PPC, HubSpot Implementation, Digital PR) or purchasing marketing services as a client is a plus
-Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
-Working knowledge of lead nurturing systems
-A strong business acumen in understanding business models, key success factors, strategic business objectives and be able to align conversation to the priorities of the prospect
-Excellent closer with the ability to clearly explain and demonstrate value and benefits creating a sense of excitement and urgency to close sales quickly and effectively
-Have obtained formal sales training such as Sandler Sales System
