Executive Assistant Digital Marketer

Hours: 4-8 hours per day (depends on the volume of new video content)

Responsibilities (Video Content Organization Tasks):
Identify and collect new videos created by influencers on social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc) that feature MIRA Safety products.
Download new videos from social platforms and upload them into MIRA Safety’s Google Drive. Then store and organize footage within Ad Distribution sheets.
Watch and timestamp each new video. Alongside clear timestamping, identify usable clips for social media, B-Roll footage, great messaging, et ---------- anize ad briefs, project files, and final deliverables in the Ad Distribution spreadsheet when new ad briefs and edits are being created.

Responsibilities (Ad Distribution Tasks):
Upload new ad creatives from the editing team into their respective ad platforms (Facebook, YouTube, etc) and create the ad post IDs using the ad blueprint given by ---------- anize new ad post IDs in Ad Distribution ---------- t up newly-created ads (ad post IDs) into our testing structure for each ad platform.

Skills:
Google Suite of Apps: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Drive.

Facebook Ads Business Manager

Requirements:
Native or bilingual English
Must be willing to go through MIRA Safety VA training of the products
Great computer and internet connection. Ability to download large files.
