Our company is in need of a dynamic and creative individual who can assist the Marketing team with the production of marketing materials and perform related tasks. The main duties of this role includes performing administrative tasks, conducting market research, organizing webinars, editing videos, and writing content for the company social media sites and web page. He/She will be a part of the marketing team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Produce original content about the company services/products targeting various media outlets and online platforms.
• Work with management to develop technical service/product brochures, fact sheets, and the like.
• Post online to the company’s social media accounts and website.
• Ensure marketing materials are well researched and of quality
• Ensure the branding requirements are met for all promotional materials released by the company
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
• Prepare promotional presentations through video editing and graphics design
• Organize promotional events
• Employ online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
• Other projects as assigned.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in marketing or creative production.
• Solid understanding of online tools, processes, and techniques to maximize reach and engagement of marketing mediums.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphics Design, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Highly skilled in using Zoom and other online meeting platforms.
• Experience in video editing using Filmora and graphics creation using Canva.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
Additional Preferred Skills (Do not worry if you do not have all of those skills below):
• Experience in WordPress is a major plus.
• Familiarity with EditorX is a plus.
• Experience with online marketing campaigns
• Knowledgeable in CRM tools (i.e Hubspot), online analytics (Google Adwords), and other marketing metrics.
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proven ability to boost up reach and engagement thru
• Expertise in SEO (Youtube, Google, LinkedIN) is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of web coding is a plus but not
• Willing to work PART -TIME within US Pacific Timezone business hours 8am-5pm Pacific Time (which means 12am to 9am Philippine Time)
• Can work 20 hours a week or more depending on the need.
• Applicant must be a Filipino residing in the Philippines
