Day shift Customer Service Representative

We are currently in need of 30 DAYSHIFT Customer Service Representatives.
UNDERGRADUATES and NO CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE are welcome to apply!
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have reached 2nd year college
• Above average to excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Adaptable to process / product changes.
• Generally the account operates on morning shift but candidates must be amenable to work on weekends and holidays (earliest shift is 3am)
