Jon Description:

One of the responsibilities would be answering to Administrators, having extra permissions to keep text and voice channels spam-free. Qualifications and requirements

Responsible for managing all community interactions and customer support across all Social Media and Chat platforms

Self-starter, proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to work closely with, and collaborate effectively with, cross-functional team leads

Work closely with the business to ensure ongoing activities within the community are meeting Growth metrics
