Data Entry on a Monthly Basis

I have a data entry task that needs to be completed once a month. Estimation on time is 8-10 hours but could be slightly more. Copy, paste, verify accuracy, etc. This is a highly critical task but our team is small so this would be a great weight off the shoulders knowing that it's getting done. All cloud based, very straightforward, small learning cur
