Experienced Virtual Assistant

IMPORTANT:

This is a full time position.
Mon - Fri 7-8 hours per day.

We are in EST time zone (Toronto, Canada), so this will be an evening shift for you in Philippines.

A bit about us:

- We are a marketing company supporting our clients in all areas of their business needs.
- We are looking for an assistant to help with research, data entry, customer support, graphic design, occasional simple video/audio editing, WordPress page editing etc.

Who I am looking for:

- You will be very punctual, responsible. You will notify us in advance of any day's off.
- You LOVE to figure things out yourself, work independently, and find a solution by yourself if you are stuck.
- You will have GREAT command of English writing and speaking.
- You will have fast internet, good computer and no other issues that will prevent you from the optimal output.
- We are looking for a long relationship (years) so if this is not something you are interested in. Please do not apply.
- You already have experience working as a virtual assistant, have knowledge of online tools like Canva, Hoot Suite, LinkedIn, WordPress, Elementor, Mailchimp.
- You have experience with tools like Photoshop, as well as basic video/audio editing.
- You have an eye for design, understand what colors, fonts work together and able to create simple graphics.
- You are very detail oriented and a great researcher. You will dig deep to find information required.
- You are friendly, love this work and you are great to work with.

Who I am NOT looking for:

- Temporary workers, only apply if you are looking for a long term, great job. Our last assistant has been with us for 7 years.
- Inexperienced assistants - If you only have done data entry or customer support and you have no idea what I am talking about above - DO NOT APPLY. We are looking for a master of all trades.
- Ideally you have been an assistant for a marketing agency.
