OPPORTUNITY
- Work for Real Estate Investment Business Owners, performing as a conduit for business maintenance, development, & growth.
- Be an integral member of a team focused on creating a culture of Organization, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, Integrity, & Passion!
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upload and Code Transactions in QuickBooks
- Create and Save End of Month Reports
- Update Missing Receipts on Google Sheet
- Save Bank Statements and Credit Card Statements Monthly
- Enter and Code Home Depot Bills Weekly
- Enter Project Budget and Compare to Budget Spreadsheet
- Other Special Projects as Assigned
MUST HAVES
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferably with real estate accounting experience)
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Drive
- Excellent Online Communication skills
- Organization Skills with Absolute Attention to Detail
- Resourcefulness (creatively troubleshoot to solve issues/find information needed)
- Reliable & Dependable (show up on time and do what you say you're going to do)
- Professional Demeanor & Overall Good Attitude
- Time Management (ability to prioritize & make best use of time)
