Social Media Posting and Basic Video Editing/Captioning

In search of someone who can
1. take 1-3 minute clips and edit them (Put in subtitles and add in end cards and some easy graphics) a Template is available to work off of.
2. Write a caption and description of the clip content
3. Use a Hashtag tool to come up with relevant hashtags for the post
4. Post on various social media platforms (FB, Youtube, Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram)
5. About 1-2 hours a day that will get less as you get comfortable with it
6. Must understand the language enough to edit the subtitles properly
