INCOMING PHONE CALL & V.A SUPPORT FOR APOSTILLE AND NOTARY PUBLIC COMPANY

Hello, We are a business that provides mostly APOSTILLE and some NOTARY REPLUBIC services. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our incoming phone calls. Monday-Friday. ( WE PROVIDE MOSTLY APOSTILLE SERVICES ONLY, AND JUST EMERGENCY NOTARY SERVICES)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES EXPERIENCED IN V.A. PHONE SUPPORT IN THE APOSTILLE OR NOTARY REPUBLIC AREA!

PLEASE BE ADVISED WE NEED SOMEONE EXPERIENCED IN THESE AREAS OR AT LEAST HAVING WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF APOSTILLE/NOTARY SERVICES AND WILLING TO LEARN WITH PROVIDED DOCUMENTS FOR ---------- TARY AND APOSTILLE SERVICES DEAL WITH THE LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS TO BE USED OVERSEAS AND REQUIRE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND CORRECT STATE AND COUNTRY PRACTICES!

Please do not apply if you have no knowledge or experience in these areas.

Duties:
1. Answering incoming calls to assist customers to verify if their documents can be APOTILLIZED OR NOTARIZED.
2. Proving answers to Apostille, Authentification or Notary Public service questions
3. Providing general price quotes
4. Providing OUTSTANDING general customer service by phone and follow-up by email if needed

Qualifications:
1. Experience providing support services in APOSTILLE OR NOTARY PUBLIC
2. Experience in a call center taking incoming calls
3. Hard worker, strong work history. Looking for long-term work.
4. SPEAK, UNDERSTANDS AND WRITE ENGLISH PROFECIENTLY
5. SPEAK ENGLISH WITH NO OR LITTLE ACCENT
