Full time website design and graphic design

Excellent job for a talented graphic designer and web designer.

The job is:

1. Making web pages (this will take up most of your time)
2. Some graphic design like creating a logo (not often)
3. Collecting contact details from business directories (web research)
4. Virtual assistant tasks (check emails, send emails, make bookings, post in forums, post jobs to other freelancers, and many other things as required)
5. Some SEO, backlink building, etc.

I'm looking for someone who already has some skills in these areas.

WORK CONDITIONS

Pay will be once per month, however during the first month I'll pay you each week so you know you are getting paid fairly. After the first month, we switch to pay once per month.

The work will continue as long as you perform well, and as long as I have enough work to offer you. If either of those things change, then I may release you and stop the working arrangement.

I do NOT expect you to work 12 or 16 hours per day, or on holidays. But during work hours I *do* expect you to work hard on my stuff. That means to focus on my tasks alone. Because of the remote work arrangement, I will not be there to supervise you, but I have a very good idea of how long each task takes. If you take the right amount of time to deliver the tasks - great! If not, I may terminate the contract.

If you get sick every once in a while, or you have to visit a dying relative, or anything else that happens in life to interrupt work - no problem. Just let me know, and we'll work around it. But if things like this happen too often (more than for normal people), I may terminate the contract.

I live in Australia, near Cairns QLD, and work from home.
