Nowadays, tons of promotional emails are being sent every single day resulting in a huge majority of these being overlooked. As an Email Marketing Specialist, your job is to create emails that will surely catch the prospect’s attention and interest in the product or service we’re offering.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting research to better comprehend prevailing trends in email marketing
- Continuous review of existing campaigns to assess the areas of strength and weakness which we can use in the succeeding campaigns
- Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective users.
- Creating a well-written copy that is free from plagiarism issues
- Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of emails.
- Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our emails.
- Distributing emails through the use of automation software.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of each campaign.



Email Marketing Specialist Requirements:
- Familiarity with email automation software.
- Experience in creating unique and high-impact marketing email campaigns.
- Database management experience
- Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.
- Outstanding creative copywriting and copyediting abilities.
- Creativity and ability to collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers to produce well-crafted emails/content.
- Track metrics to measure the effectiveness of their email campaign strategies and tactics. These metrics include: click-through rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, list growth, sharing/forwarding, and ROI
