Software Engineer (C#)

Start Immediately - We are looking for a self-starter, someone that can take a task or project quickly research a solution and implement within the existing project patterns. Our service was stood up February 2021 and currently has ~1500 average users a day (highs of 5k) and growing fast!

Needs
— At least 3+ years of experience in software development and coding in various languages C#/NET
— Experience with NoSQL (e.g. Cosmo DB)
— Solid understanding of software, application design and architecture (ability to follow existing patterns)
— Understanding of software quality assurance principles
— A technical mindset with great attention to detail
— Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
— Visual awareness and an eye for detail
— Strong imagination and ability to think how what you’re doing now might affect future requirements
— Understanding of design and development of Microservices solutions
— Familiarity with the Azure Infrastructure Stack
— Familiarity with Azure AAD or B2C
— Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
— Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
— Ability to work independently
— Experience with Unit Testing

Responsibilities
Develop well thought out clean code that matches existing patterns
— Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to gain a better understanding of requirements (what they really need vs what they told you they need)
— Communicate with Senior Architect
— Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
— Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
— Review and debug code, provide valuable feedback to engineers via pull requests
— Perform validation and verification testing
— Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve processes
— Document development phases and monitor systems

Minimum Applicant Requirements:
— Excellent English (written and verbal)
— Ability to produce tested applications from business requirements
— Ability to work independently and as a tea ---------- mber
— Self-starting, well-organized, and enthusiastic work style
— At least 3-year minimum direct experience
— Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to use Microsoft Teams
