Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist is responsible for proactively managing and closing leads in and through the Asphalt Kingdom Sales pipeline process to ensure the customer is served and has the peace of mind they have a partner to guide them to reach their goals with the best outcome possible. The Specialist will be calling and emailing leads to communicate, understand and detail their goals, gaps in knowledge, understanding, and challenges to meet their goals. The Specialist will upsell/cross-sell to not just convert for sales but expand the mission by growing the universe of the mission to #payitforward.


Primary Responsibilities:

Aggressively manage SQL leads passed to you for further discovery and earn the right to sell them to become Asphalt Kingdom customers.
Aggressively managing leads to move through the sales pipeline from qualify to close.
Assisting customers in understanding their challenges and knowing we are here to help them.
Be the Lighthouse to understand and overcome objections to move leads through to close.
Taking action to proactively manage, convert and close leads

Role: Full time, 40 hours per week, 8 am-5 pm ET Monday - Friday. Part of the Conversion Sales Team, reporting to the Head of Sales.

Mission: The Sales Specialist understands and internalizes their mission is to help others and pay it forward as a lighthouse for people seeking to improve their lives and the lives of people around them through asphalt maintenance. The Conversion Sales Specialist must have a passion to engage and close leads through customer engagement to learn, understanding to overcome objections, and foresight to understand when to close to position Asphalt Kingdom as their supplier of choice for their Asphalt Maintenance and Equipment needs.
