As Customer Care Coordinator, you will help our client by providing friendly and helpful customer service support.
You will be the first contact with our customers when they have questions, need assistance to access their purchased products or to use them to their fullest. You will help to build genuine relationships within our online communities, and always seek to discover and recommend new ways to serve our customers more fully.
This role requires consistent availability twice each day to respond to customer service tickets (once by 9AM PST, and again by 5PM PST), as well as some availability throughout the day to allow new members into the
A great fit for this role will be patient, helpful, detail-oriented, enjoy working independently, tech savvy, and have excellent written communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide friendly and helpful customer service and ensure our customers are receiving the highest level of support possible (including but not limited to: giving/revoking access to programs, providing refunds as needed, answering questions about current programs, encouraging members)
-Send tokens of appreciation to customers
-Track important customer service metrics on a regular basis and prepare reports as needed
-Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist with keeping them up-to-date as our systems and strategies change.
-Community management within our social media channels, including giving access to the groups, moderating comments, facilitating discussions when needed, and answering questions
-Provide assistance in identifying holes within our program delivery process and offer suggestions on how to improve customer experience and retention
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be able to work from home in a quiet environment with continuous access to reliable internet connection.
-Available to attend weekly tea
-Excellent written communication skills, including proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
-Must be able to manage a variety of projects at a time.
-Resourceful and loves to learn new things.
