About the job
We're looking for a customer service representative who is excited to join a fast-growing employee-centric company.
You're someone who can provide concierge-style phone service to our customers in a helpful and respectful manner on every call. You're great on the phone and you're confident you can always find a way to connect with anyone you talk with. We're looking for top-notch people with coachable attitudes so this isn't for everyone.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) REMOTE WORK. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
As a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Call Center Representative you will have:
Communicate with customers via phone,
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Great Phone Etiquette - manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Be a Problem Solver— identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
Tech Savvy —document customer interaction according to company operating procedures
Coachable - open to following phone scripts when handling rejections
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Experience in an outbound call center
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
