JOB OVERVIEW

US-based home care agency looking for a recruiter to help us build our roster of caregivers (certified home health aides).
Duties:
• Write and place job ads on job boards, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and website), and other online recruitment venues.
• Identify new online recruitment venues for caregivers, through researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, etc.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews for qualified candidates.
• Proactively reach out via text, phone, and email to agency-provided lists of qualified prospects for caregiver positions.
• Track all recruitment activity.
• Assist in conducting applicant reference checks.

The ideal candidate has a track record recruiting in a low-wage industry. Sales experience are preferred, but not required. Also looking for a professional who is tech savvy, goal-driven, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Work schedule is generally 9am to 5pm ET Monday through Friday.
