Renaissance Elite Finances are currently seeking for employees aged 18+ who are willing to dedicate their time (40 hours week) to provide administration support to our organisation. We are looking for someone with drive and ambition who is also passionate about people and property industry. Renaissance Elite Finances provides all-in-one property services for Property Investors including finding property investment opportunities (property sourcing), accounting, preparing tax strategy, arranging financing, development / refurbishment of the project, home staging, letting, management and sales.

The job will include activities from several areas of our industry, such as:
- accounting (incorporating a new investment companies, filling confirmation statements & annual returns, processing payroll)
- property sourcing (identifying potential property investment opportunities on portals such as zoopla, rightmove in line with clients criteria and arranging viewings, preparing product brochures including description of project, photos and calculations)
- lettings & sales (drafting and managing property adverts, handling income and outbound calls, responding to clients enquiries via email, phone and several platforms including spareroom and airbnb, arranging viewings, veryfing and referencing/qualifying potential tenants/buyers, preparing all tenancy-related documentation, liaising with brokers, vendors, buyers and solicitors upon completion of the sale of the property)
- property management (managing compliance calendar to ensure that clients' properties remain compliant at all times, acting as first point of contact for our clients' tenants via phone/text/email, arranging inspections and neccesary works with contractors)
- marketing (overseeing our social media accounts including facebook, instagram, youtube, preparing marketing brochures / leaflets and other marketing materials using canva)
-other administrative work (amending and reviewing joint venture/loan/tenancy and other agreements, other ad-hoc admin duties)

As you can see the job role has a wide range of various duties, therefore every day brings different excitements, experiences and challenges for our team and our clients. Experience and qualifications ares desirable but not required as full training can be given. Salary is negotiable, dependant on possesed skills and experience.
