Looking for an experienced virtual assistant who has experience with WordPress, WooCommerce and SEO.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Send a daily report
2. Update plugins and backup multiple websites
3. Update product pages of ecommerce pages
4. Answer customer emails
5. Process Orders
6. Keyword Research
7. Competitor analysis
8. Website Audits

To qualify, you will need at least 1 year experience in:

1. WordPress
2. Ecommerce platform WooCommerce
3. HTML, CSS and PHP
4. Google Analytics

We work in a fast-paced industry. So it’s really important that our VA would be:

? A fast learner
? Pays close attention to detail
? Follow instructions to the letter

Besides having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

? Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc
? Gmail and other email applications
? Google Docs
? Google Sheets
? Google Slides
? Google Analytics
? Google Keyword Planner
? Google Calendar
? Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp, FB messenger, etc
? Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)

This is a full-time position from Mondays to Fridays. The hours are flexible, but we would need you to be online with us for at least an hour for our daily scru ---------- etings.

You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.

We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day

Salary $200/m

Once you complete your 6 months of probation, you will get:
? Raise based on performance
? Cash equivalent for leaves not taken
