Consumer Advocate

We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team of consumer advocates.

We pay a fair base salary and have a generous incentive plan. You’ll have the opportunity to make up to PHP20,000 additionally a week if you hit certain weekly targets.

Who are we?
BillSmart is a negotiation service for phone/cable bills. We save our clients money on bills like their AT&T and Comcast bills by negotiating with their service provider and lowering their monthly bills and getting them one-time credits.

What will you do?
Call phone/cable providers and get them to lower our customers’ bills
Communicate with customers over text/phone to get their preferences and additional information

We have a full-time Filipino operations manager to help you and you’ll be trained by her and other advocates.

Job Requirements
Willingness to figure out better ways to negotiate clients’ bills
Being diligent and reliable
Ability to follow company processes
