Our client is looking for an Advanced Virtual Assistant (FEMALES ONLY) who has awesome tech skills and can help her with her day-to-day marketing and admin tasks

Main Tasks / Responsibilities
Established experience with WordPress for duties: maintaining the website, blog, updating copy, repurposing content etc. - High preference to those proficient with Elegant Themes. (Divi and Bloom PlugIn experience a plus!)
Newsletter creation from a template and email automation using ---------- tablished experience with Mailchimp requested. Ideally, someone who knows and can demonstrate the capabilities of Mailchimp as well as collaborate on how to best use it.
Social Media duties: posting, updating calendars, creating posts with graphics using Canva based on provided content, repurposing blogs, and established experience with basic paid ads on social media.

Must-have Skills / Qualities
Zero drama. Must be a clear communicator and ---------- ing ideas to the table, it's okay! She wants to learn from you what you know.
Excellent writing ability. Possible room for social media engagement down the line. There will be content creation using client-provided blogs. Must be able to leverage critical thinking and repurpose content using writing in brand tone (brand guide is established and will be provided for reference)
Timeliness - Deadlines are VERY important.
Attention to detail is A MUST
Good at building, restructuring, and documenting business operational systems.
Experience with creating WordPress landing and sales pages.

Skill preferences (NOT required, but will be a PLUS)
Experience with putting together PDF handouts from provided content using established brand colors, fonts, and logos.
Experience with Dropbox and Google Drive file system organization and Trello project management.
Advanced experience with Mailchimp.


Budget, Hours, and Schedule
$10-12 USD per hour
15+ hours per week. Flexible schedule with the ability to work in Philippine time. Will have weekly zoo ---------- etings in PST time.
