WANTED: Virtual Professional writer/journalist

Marketing agency seeks a virtual writer who understands AP style writing and can write about business topics, especially traditional and online marketing. Our needs include: blog posts, magazine-quality articles and creating well-researched material for a print book that will be published 2016.

Requirements include:

- Develop content for online and offiline (web content, ebooks, and published books)
- Write approx. 2500 words/week of book manuscript material
- Write 1 researched blog post or article per week (approx 1000 words)

- Strong grasp of written English. Preferably a native English speaker
- Proven ability to follow editorial guidelines
- College degree in communications or journalism
- Experience writing for newspapers, magazines and high-end websites
- Meet deadlines
- Ability to do original research for all writing projects
- Able to work weekdays from home (30-40 work hours) WITHOUT distraction
- Proactive self-starter who has a strong work ethic
- Open to feedback and a keen desire to learn and improve
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Skype account + headset to do phone conference with our senior advisor
