Here are just some of the criteria that this person would meet:

- Has their own computer and highspeed Internet connection
- Speaks, reads, and writes English well.
- Can work from home without distractions.
- Can use Skype
- Has a paypal account
- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained on other skills
- Can work full time (40 hours per week) 12-8pm Monday to Friday
- Has the following skills as a minimum –

Ability to solve problems quickly.
Excellent time management skills
