We are looking for a General Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As an Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Duties:
Responding to
Scheduling meetings
Organize managers’ calendars
Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees administrative queries
Social media management experience
Meeting notes
Light task and project management
Write well-researched content to help build our brand awareness
Requirements:
Excellent phone,
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent research skills
