Social Media Manager/Ads Expert

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER/ADS EXPERT.

We run a Martial Arts and Fitness Company located in Sydney, Australia and we’re looking to add a new rockstar teaUpgrade to see actual infomber.

Duties and responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
-Management of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
-Creating daily content that’s focused on generating interest, engagement and leads (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
-Creating ad sets and campaigns to build reach and generate leads.
-Research and use of relevant keywords.
-Be up to date with current trends and be able to implement them appropriately.
-Monitoring and responding to comments, feedback and messages in a timely manner. Building meaningful connections along the way.
-Email marketing including content writing.
-Blog Management including content writing.
-Cold Calling.
-Website Design and Management (Wordpress) including building click funnels and landing pages.

Skills and abilities we’re looking for:
-Excellent written and verbal English skills and comprehension.
-Marketing experience via email and cold calling.
-Tech savvy individual with vast knowledge of social media platforms and its usage for brand awareness and reach.
-Skilled in Canva or any other graphic software.
-In depth knowledge of creating, implementing and analysing successful ad campaigns.
-Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
-In depth knowledge of Wordpress.
-Topnotch multitasking and time management skills.
-Critical thinker and able to solve problems independently.
-Team player.

Bonus:
-Background in other CRM Softwares available in the market.
-Interest or background in Martial Arts and Fitness.

Requirements:
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a social media manager or a similar role.
-Be able to showcase results from successful campaigns in your portfolio.
-Ability to work 20 hours per week on Sydney time.
-Up to date knowledge of online marketing strategies, digital technologies and social media trends.
-Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast paced environment.
-Must have good internet connection and be easily reached at all times during work Upgrade to see actual infopensation:
