Bookkeeper / Financial Manager Assistant

We require a full time, bookkeeper with STRONG experience working for Australian companies to take over the daily requirements of a multi million dollar revenue company, Duties will included but not limited to:

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Daily Reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit card statement
Troubleshooting, problem solving around invoice payments, refunds, customer queries
You will have direct contact with customer/client base and must be comfortable with reviewing multiple integrated systems
Debt recovery is a must. You must be vigilant with ensuring our customers comply to their trading terms with the company and debts/overdue invoices do not get blown out more than 30+ days.

About you:

5+ Years experience with Australian Accounts, including BAS, GST, Cash retentions.
Must be proficient in Xero - minimum of 5+ years
Comfortable communicating with, and daily assisting the Financial Manager with reports for Senior Management
Be very regimented and not get behind with work
Knowledge or experience working within the Australian Building and Construction industry will be highly advantageous
Totally committed to working hard and joining in with the team
