Junior Financial Analyst - Immediate Start

Junior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

- Analyze and research key business drivers including variances to plan/forecast and trend analysis.
- Develop and publish reports on operation results.
- Calculate, analyze, and report on company commissions.
- Work closely with other Finance teams on the monthly close and quarterly forecasting process.
- Analyze opportunities for improvements in company revenue generation and expense reductions.
- Partner with department managers to develop and report on annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Other responsibilities and additional ad hoc requests as necessary.

Junior Financial Analyst Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technical business field. Advanced degree preferred preferably MBA in finance and or marketing.
- Someone with sales ability, who understands private equity and dealflow.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work closely with all levels of management.
- Absolute integrity and the use of good judgment to handle confidential nature of duties, tasks & information.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to learn quickly
- One to three years of experience providing value-added analysis to customer facing roles will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, logistics, and communication skills.
- Can work ARIZONA time.
- Part-Time position
