Inside sales roll/appointmet setter- great pay with bonus opportunity

I own a real estate business and need help with Lead generation. I'm looking for someone who can consistently have 250 phone dials a day, 50 conversations a day and set 2-3 appointments a day. We have internet leads, circle prospecting, FSBO, Expired and other sources. We use Follow up boss as our CRM.
