SEO & deb dev pro needed

I'm hiring a tech assistant to join our team for my advertising agency.

The job has 2 main parts:

1 - SEO
- Carrying out SEO audits for clients - identifying the areas of improvement needed and explaining how you'd fix them.
- Carrying out the ongoing SEO work and reporting what you've been doing to the client regularly.

2 - Web dev
- carrying out changes on client's sites (i.e. adding in an email capture box or changing the header size & background)
- building out landing pages in WordPress/Clickfunnels etc (We have a copywriter and designer, so just looking for the tech skills)

Very important:
- Your English is excellent, good enough to record a Zoom video walking me through something ( you don't need to get on a call or video with clients)
- You are very responsive (within working hours, I don't mean answering calls in the middle of the night).
- You are VERY organised & detail-oriented.
- You are friendly & open to learning (we're all friendly, and also experts in our field)
- You are systems-oriented, happy to develop & improve our processes.
- You are familiar with digital marketing as a whole.
