Social Media Manager / Customer Service

You would be applying for a role mainly focused on social media, in particular scheduling/posting, moderating, offering customer service & creating basic ads.

Applicants to this role need to have the following skills/traits:
1. Experience in customer services on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Website.
2. Experience in social media moderation on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
3. Basic experience of using Facebook Ads.
4. Willingness/ability to learn how to use our social media scheduling software.

All content & copy for social media would be pre-written/designed for you, this role does not require you to be creative.

Regarding Facebook ad experience, you will not need to be creative here, just promote existing social media posts using a step-by-step guide that we will provide.

As a small business with a wide variety of clients, you will be in contact with me daily (or more frequently when needed) and be excited by having variety in your day.

All day-to-day tasks you're expected to complete will come with a step-by-step guide and I am happy to invest in further training for you, provided you are in this for the long term.
