Customer Account and Collection Specialist strive to provide customer service excellence in every interaction including pursuing late loan payments to avoid missed payment or customers falling behind. You will also support our existing customers manage their loan and keeping up with their payment schedules, updating and adjusting as necessary and collecting fees on missed or late payments.
