Project Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to assist the administration, design, tender, construction, and fit-out of new Mad Mex restaurants and refurbishments. The role also assists in completing department projects on time and on budget.

The Project Coordinator assists the new restaurant opening & refurbishment project plans and teams. The role assists in coordinating the design process and is a conduit between the ‘designers’ and Mad Mex team, in ensuring designs are completed on time and comply with Mad Mex Restaurant requirements and brand design guidelines.

This role works with the Project Manager in coordinating and administering builds and refurbishments from translating photos to project scopes, to managing CAPEX and competition of defect paperwork. The Project Coordinator keeps highly accurate records of the design and construction ---------- anized with a good eye for detail, the Project Coordinator documents all processes track invoices and project budgets and maintains and develops the Mad Mex Design Manual as a guide to all design and restaurant fit-out components.
