Hi!

I need an assistant to help me teach students and also create training material in Canva or Word or some way to create flow charts or documents to help me express my teachings.

By the way, you don't need qualifications to be a real teacher, but you need to have a teacher's personality and creativity to explain things in other ways

Job Responsibilities:
• Use Canva/photoshop, Thinkific or some design software to be able to create nice material for students to use.
• Make use of spreadsheets.
• Use an index for class just like a book
• Answer questions (just like what a customer service representative) for class Members and students inside the class
• Making sure to familiarize the material in and out
• You will the take lessons I have created and make them better with exercises so students can learn more.
• You need to be someone who can have ideas to make something better.
• You will help with creating the training material
• Must organize live QA questions so we have an order with questions in the right manner.
• Will also do some content research.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication in English
• Must be organized and has the initiative
• Must be creative in designing the lesson plan

Compensation and Benefits:
• 20,000 PHP per month + 30,000 PHP at the end of one year as a 13th month bonus
• Second Year you will make 30,000 PHP/per month then bonus will be 40,000 for the 13th month bonus totaling 400k/year. Total is 400,000 PHP per year.
• Plus perks like total of 4 weeks off for sick days and vacation days.

Your hours will need to be somewhat on EST timezone for at least some of the time so we can communicate
